This is just a standard FAQ, along with general questions with answers. All these questions were taken from different members, and others. be sure to read the entire FAQ, as it is mandatory.

FAQ

What is RPSU?
RPSU is short for RolePlayers United. It is just the abbreviation for the entire board name.

What are RolePlayers?
They are nothing more than you or me. They normally play nothing other than RPGs, but sometimes, they will play something else.

What is Text-RolePlaying?
The name describes it without words. It's the art of RolePlaying with text. Unlike most RPGs, they use words to describe their characters other than using pictures and such. Each Text-RolePlay follows their own storyline, instead of following a generic line, listed with RPGs.

What is considered inappropriate?
Too much usage of profanity can result into getting a warning, and it can anger other members. The only way of bypassing this, is by posting it up in the Flame Room, which at the end of every week, the Flame Room is cleaned. Outside of there, just keep the profanity usage at a tolerated level, and nobody will get hurt.
Graphic violence also recieves the same vote. It too, can result in getting warned. To some extent, it can get too graphic for some people, and they might start filing complaints. It just gets too roudy, and I don't want to get caught into the middle of some complaint about Graphic violence.
Pornography is a No-Go. It automatically results in a warning for a first-timer, but after that, it turns from warning to ban. If I find any picture containing this, I will find out who posted it up, and that person will be punnished.
Another inappropriate theme is Slang. You just can't use slang with an active character, if it doesn't fit in their nature. For example, you can't have your Dreadlord from Warcraft saying, "What's up dawg," to a Knight. The only way of this being bypassed, is if the post was within a comedy RP.
Also, short words (ex: lol, wtf, lmao, asl, etc.) cannot be words within a character's saying. If it was OOC, than that will be acceptable.

What are repositions? How do I recieve them?
Repositions are items that count toward both you positively, and toward your post count. As they are added, and with enough of them, you can recieve "special" bonuses, as being bunked up a rank, gaining special access to (locked) subforums, etc.

Who is this "XXZoMBiEXX" guy I am always hearing about?
Actually, there is is no one "guy". Instead, there are lots of people with the name of "XXZoMBiEXX", and since there are a large number of them, if one becomes a riot on any website, someone will conclude that they are all the same person and then creating a riot about that one person.

Who are you?
I am RTM2, the one that's dubbed as "Mr. Boss". I am one of the twelve beta testers for halo 3, which we each were rewarded with our own individual copy of the game. But let's get back to the point. I am in the "Top 50" in the Halo series on Xbox Live (as my avatar and sig implies).

How come there aren't many members here?
'Cause this is a new website, and nobody seemed to "discover" it yet.

So many smilies, can you tell me where you get them?
That information is classified. Noone will know where I get these smilies (even myself).

Why do you end each and every post of yours with "-RTM2"?
That is my way of signing it. Nothing big or anything.

What do I need to do to become a moderator?
Be yourself. But just don't ask to become a moderator, because I won't give out spaces for anyone, even if I know them as friends, unless if I know that they can make a great deal by helping enforce orders.
